Parkside, Nine Elms
Completed in April 2024, this transformative project turned a former Royal Mail depot into a vibrant, residential-led, mixed-use development. Birkin Group professionally cleaned 894 new homes and 2,505 sqm of retail, community, and leisure spaces, ensuring a pristine environment for handover.
Hale Works, Hale

University College Hospital London
This state-of-the-art hospital spans 34,600 sqm and includes a Proton Beam Therapy unit housed in a 25-meter-deep basement. Birkin Group provided specialised builders' cleaning services throughout the facility, ensuring a sterile environment for patients and staff.
Pinewood Studios Expansion Phases I-III
Birkin Group supported the £200m expansion of Pinewood Studios by providing specialist cleaning for over 1 million sq ft of new stages and workshops across three phases, ensuring the facilities were ready for film production.
Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Projects
ALIGN C1 Section of HS2
The C1 section of HS2 spans 21.6 km and is divided into three key areas: the South Portal, a large central compound; six satellite compounds to the north, facilitating the construction of ventilation and access shafts for the 16 km Chilterns Tunnels; and five satellite compounds to the south, supporting the construction of the 3.4 km Colne Valley Viaduct. Birkin Group was appointed to manage welfare and construction cleaning across the entire C1 section of the railway line construction. We have adapted to the evolving needs of the site, ensuring a consistently clean, safe, and efficient working environment for all teams involved.
Barking Riverside Station (TfL)
